Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. I’m sad I don’t live here anymore otherwise I would love to workout with these ladies often!!! My brother also joined and had a great time. The class is set up so that you can go at your own pace. alle beoordelingen weergevenGood as always, but this was definitely not a beginners class nor was any instruction given to those that were struggling with the advanced combos. Ended up doing an arm workout after class at home bc it felt like we barely boxed at all, just kicking and lower body.

It's a really new gym so everything is extremely clean. Note they do want you to arrive early if you haven't been before and it's $10 to get hand wraps and $5 to rent gloves.
