The studio exceeds all expectations, it’s so aesthetically zen everyone there is so accommodating and helpful especially if you’re a first timer! I also want to speak to whom ever designed the place because it’s unreal so tranquil. The tea at the end is the cherry on top!

I have incredibly tight hips and even in pigeon and seated folds I felt so relaxed but also deeply stretched. She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!

I’ve been having a string of rough weeks, and they were so kind and gentle with me. No one else showed up, so I had the class to myself, and we worked on what I had requested. Their instruction was clear, and the flow they led me through helped me let go of a lot of tension. I truly do feel restored and seen, and I hope to take more classes with Charlie soon.
