    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    I loved this class! It was wonderful to be in a space, post partum, where I could workout with my baby with me. It felt like a judgment free zone. Meghan was wonderful: challenging class but modifications offered.

    A departure from the typical! It was fun. It was relaxing AND challenging. I didn’t expect to suspend upside down in the first class…but I did. The instructor was clear and supportive. And she was made sure that new students should participate at their own comfort level.

    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

    Such a fun class! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)
