It’s a clean environment & the wax she uses doesn’t pull on your skin. I am pretty hairy but Paula is very thorough and left my skin super smooth. She has a lot of great add-on services too that I will be returning to try out. Book with Paula - you will thank me later! :)

Not to mention she is amazing at what she does, the Algo facial I got from her was my first facial, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, have friendly conversation, and make the experience 10/10. I will definitely be booking her services again (not through class pass tho), she said she does everything from facials to waxing! They give you clothes to wear and a small private curtained area with a bed and tv and headphones so you can watch Netflix etc. The infrared device is like a sleeping bag. It does get very hot and you’ll sweat a lot. The staff come in a few times to check on you and you can ask them to turn the heat up or down. The experience itself is very relaxing. Would try it again, esp would feel great on a cold winter day.
