alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve been to a few classes at this studio but it was my first time attending Casey’s, and all I can say is wow! Her workout definitely hits every part of your body. This class will leave you sweating for sure! Will definitely be attending more of her classes :) Also loved how hands on she was & actually showed you the moves as we went through the flow of the class.

The classes are small anyway so this studio is set up in such a way as to make that possible. Regardless—Diana was very knowledgeable about Pilates as well as the way the body works so as to be certain we are getting the most out of each movement.

alle beoordelingen weergevenTeacher was good overall - we focused too heavy on the Pilates ring for my preference- some of the moves I could have done at home on my own at home. When I come to a class I would prefer the majority of it to be on a reformer.
