I also felt a relief in my low back I’ve been trying to stretch out for a while from the decompression of doing an inversion.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this class. The instructor was very warm and gave really helpful feedback. Beginner friendly but she also slowly pushes you a bit which gave me an accomplished feeling at the end of class.
