I’ve only done one class here with Yasmin, who is incredible - she has explained everything to me: about the class, the bike, the body, it felt like having a personal trainer who spends time making sure you’re going to maximise the results of your efforts in the class. She has amazing energy and the whole class felt dynamic, challenging (in a good way) and so fun. I am hooked and have definitely found my favourite spin studio. Have I mentioned the PLAYLIST?
