She was thorough and took her time especially when removing my old gel and being sensitive to my natural nails. I expected a charge for removal of my old gel but they said they don't charge for that. Service was great so I paid extra in tip. Thank you!

When I arrived at the apt at 9am I called the location and she said I was supposed to call to make an appointment after booking on class pass. I wasn’t notified about this. She had me book with her next week and told me that I need to also pay an additional $20 to get what class pass is offering. I asked why she hasn’t contacted them and she told me ClassPass is too hard to get ahold of as no one answers their phone. I’m not sure if she’s good or not, but so far there has been issues.
