The “class” was supposed to be 30 minutes. She gave me sage, told me to burn it, and walk around the house to cleanse energy. I’m sure it’s not a new discovery for anyone... The class supposes to be 17 credits, and I got it with a discount for 4. Does not worth it. Better spend those credits on yoga. I don’t even know why her “practice” is on ClassPass to begin with.
