She gives clear instructions with visual demos and slowed down practice for everything. Welcomes new people and makes sure to learn everyone’s name. It doesn’t get better than Maren’s classes. 💯 💯

alle beoordelingen weergevenI started going to Rev about a year ago but I am determined to be consistent this year. I finally found a great way to start my day in a cycle class. Alison teaches the 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays Alison will focus on punching out your goals for the ride. On Thursdays she will focus on having a “double shot” (2 songs) of music for each artist that is played. I’m in my 9th week of consistent cycling and my legs just get stronger. The results motivate me to go more.

Easy to follow instructions and fast transitions to keep that heart rate up! The stretch ending is also nice since I always forget to just slow down and take a minute to just breathe. 😌

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’m a big fan of the 1-2 punch of Full Body Blast on Saturday and The Burn on Sunday. Both classes really complement each other. Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.
