alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve been having so much fun in air yoga! I’ve only been to 3 classes w Georgie so far but she is an absolutely amazing instructor! Both Georgie and the regulars are so kind and welcoming to beginners and what I absolutely appreciate the most is Georgie is attentive and ALWAYS quick to run over and help anyone correct their form. Something else that’s great is there’s no pressure to do all the positions, if you’re not comfortable doing something you can either do an alternative variation of it or chill. Overall, I find it to be an incredibly grounding yet engaging experience.

I loved how he was giving us motivation words when we were getting tired which help us boost up. My favorite parts were when he would turn the lights dark helped me not feel as shy and feel relaxed

Cardio is my weakest and least favorite workout and this studio keeps me coming back for more. You’ll feel like you’re having the time of your life in a Miami dance club instead of in a workout.

There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!

She explained the form and all the movements, and even though we were not jumping around like other workouts, I left very sweaty and feeling great. The class was part punching the pads the instructor held, also some pushups and jumping jacks in between, as well as some defensive moves. Oh, also a hot tip that is not mentioned in the description: take the top off your water bottle (or have a straw) before you put the gloves on. Because you won’t be able to unscrew a lid or flip up a sip nozzle with the gloves. LOL!
