Teacher Joy really is such a gift, I love how her class is good for beginners but at the same time challenges you enough for you to get into new poses. I love how she guides us through the poses and how she adjusts us to make sure we get there correctly.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was challenging but great! I’m not a regular doing yoga hence my form isn’t the best but the instructor helped me with my form and gave modification to the poses. The studio is new and very clean. Good location, it’s in the cornerhouse.
