    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Just a note for the studio, and this might be subjective but I just can’t get on board with the music choices lately - it used to be fun throwbacks or remix’s. Over time the music has become extremely repetitive and irritating especially in the morning. Feel free to switch it up :)

    So the core class is not a Pilates or low impact core workout. I couldn’t find the class description here or on their website but decided to give it a try. It was a bootcamp class with treadmill and strength exercises, didn’t feel like too much focus on core. regardless, it was a good workout, very cool studio and great instructor.

    THIS PLACE WAS FIRE. Sketchy area but once you find it amazing. The trainers are the real deal. He trained us hard & corrected my form to really emphasize glute growth. The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too. Everyone here looks elite, as if training for the Olympics. It’s an amazing feeling and vibe. Like 🦍🦍🦍 vibe. In ensuring you workout hard and your best. Wow. I also loved how they have barbell & I personally never used one before so I learned how to use it for glutes.
