Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

I wouldn’t recommend his class if it’s your first time at Barry’s. With that said, if you’re looking to mix up your workout, and are generally really active, it’s worth trying his class to really challenge yourself. Worth every credit.

They were very accommodating and professional, I truly appreciate their effort to make sure I could take my confirmed class. I’ll definitely be returning. The instructor was also incredible and I really enjoy this new ride x lift feature.

Now after like 5 times coming my stamina is so much better and I’m barely out of breath after a sprint. So thanks Barry’s luv u! Also I have a crush on Jon sorry not sorry.

You can walk or run (and I’ve burned the same amount of calories doing both some times). Paniz offers so many good corrections for form and options for higher/lower intensity. I wasn’t familiar with some of the weights/equipment but Piko was happy to teach me proper form to avoid injuries and get the most out of it. Highly recommend for beginners and seasoned weight-lifters alike! Class was held out back in “The Yard” so be aware of the weather, and bring some water to stay hydrated.

She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. She's supportive in the way that she pushes every student, and she individually checks on every single student to make sure that they are doing the ride correctly, and giving it their best. You can tell that her heart is 100% invested as a spent teacher. Great class! Awesome workout!!!!
