It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

When I shared I was recovering from back issues, she made sure to check in on me throughout the class which I really appreciated. The free cups of tea at the end is such a thoughtful touch by the studio.

This is a space for pregnant people or people who recently gave birth. I love how we share in the beginning of class and it feels so safe, intimate, and genuine to say how you’re currently feeling regarding your pregnancy surrounded by others who are going through the same thing or have just gone through it. I know it’s not a big deal but thought it was worth sharing. I will definitely still continue to keep coming back.

She instructs stretches to help with common back pains in pregnancy. The location for the outdoor class is beautiful, right beside the marina where boats are coming and going. Make sure you take extra time to arrive at your first class to find the location.

She truly loves what she does and you can tell, and she made it feel more like a practice and less like a class. I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!
