It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhew! Chris was such a good CHALLENGE! I had no idea what I was getting myself into, as I had taken another reformer class with a different instructor at this location. BUT Chris really knows how to target those muscles that weren’t targeted until today. I personally enjoyed the challenge, her guidance and her willingness to assist. She was hands on, very informative and she steadily flowed us through the class. PS: She’s quite nice! 😊

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class is amazing! Instructor is great! Quick yet challenging workout that leaves you sore for days. This class will def make you sweat! And its not even heated… best part the workout is only 45min which makes you give it your all and keeps you engaged the entire time! In comparison to the other 1hr build class, i feel the shortened time really makes a difference and helps get you in and out so you can go about your day while still knowing you got a good workout in that doesnt leave you too tired to half a$$$$ the rest of the hour…. Just wish there were more days build classes a week!
