alle beoordelingen weergevenJust when I thought I knew what to expect BOOM *Tasha Smith voice* I was pleasantly surprised by this glute and thigh workout! Coach Sydney hit us with the track-and-field type exercises, and lots of options for modifications! I loved the mix of on the floor/mat and on my feet exercises. I liked using bands, kettle bells, and steps. The Nicki x 'Yonce playlist was top tier! Also enjoyed my post-class Infrared Sauna session. This class was excellent and was a nice moderate pace for beginners. I can see why she had so many regulars!

I'll definitely come back :))) Thank you, Dave! FYI, don't park in the building garage. it's $5 an hour. Street parking is only $1 an hour.
