The sculpt class was intense for a newbie like myself but the atmosphere and instructor helped ease my nerves. Throughout the workout I needed to take a few breaks and wasn’t ridiculed by doing so. The music was up beat and fitting and the class flowed so naturally. I will definitely be returning. 10/10 .
