alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed Elizabeth's class. There was a large variety of exercises that made the class super fun and interesting. But at the moments I wished there were fewer exercises and that we focused more on the specific ones. But overall, it was a very nice workout 💪

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was very nice and the location is very nice in theory. But each time someone on the neighboring gym dropped a weight, the entire was shaking. Although the location is very beautiful and would make a great yoga studio, the gym next to the studio negatively affects the vibe. That’s why I am not sure whether 10 credits are worth for a one hour class. I might not return for this reason as I think it’s a lot given the location.

It’s a class where many people can take place, so unrealistic to expect that the teacher can have a lot of personal attention.
